RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointments are reserved especially for you, and we truly appreciate your understanding that our artists’ time is carefully scheduled. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes can easily be made online within this time frame for your convenience. Appointments changed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may incur a fee of up to 80% of the scheduled service.
